This roletranslates therapeutic area and brand insights into tailoredmessaging and field tools that drive engagement, pull-through, andpartnership opportunities with the Big 3 and other key payeraccounts. Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, theDirector leads the integration of brand and access strategies toensure relevance and consistency across market segments andtouchpoints. Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Development Translatetherapeutic area and business unit content into compelling,portfolio-level messaging that supports payer engagement andpull-through.
  • Customer-Centric Engagement Craft and deliverstrategic content aligned with the objectives and timelines ofpayer decision-makers (e.g., Part D cycles, formulary planning).
  • Access Landscape Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of theevolving payer, provider, and IDN landscape to ensure contentrelevance across access segments.
  • Cross-Functional IntegrationAlign with Brand, Field Access, and Corporate Accounts to ensurecontent reflects both clinical value and access imperatives.
  • Agile Content Deployment Adapt content quickly based on shiftingcustomer needs, competitive context, and internal priorities acrossmultiple indications.
  • Customer Partnership Enablement Identifyabove-brand partnership opportunities and support the field inbuilding long-term, trust-based relationships with priorityaccounts.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Advising Serve as a strategicadvisor to General Managers and brand teams on payer marketing,content strategy, and customer insights. About You RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years in customer marketing, payer engagement, oraccess-related content strategy in the pharmaceutical or healthcareindustry
  • Strong track record of developing effective,payer-relevant marketing content
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S.access landscape including PBMs, IDNs, payers, and providers
  • Demonstrated experience working across matrixed organizations withbrand and access stakeholders
  • Excellent storytelling, messaging,and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agileenvironments across multiple customer types
