Cambridge, MA About the Job We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced HCP Marketing lead for Dupixent. The Director, HCPMarketing, Gastroenterology will lead execution of the US strategicbusiness direction for EoE HCP Promotion. Demonstrated strategicagility and strong professional marketing experience is required.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, development, andimplementation of creative campaigns, while ensuring a strongdifferentiation from the competition. In addition, this role willlead cross-functional execution to ensure flawless coordination ofactivities across the organization. This role will report to the USHead of Marketing for Gastroenterology. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in specialty care and Gastroenterology,strategic marketing, and cross-functional leadership. Main Responsibilities

• Address key insights, and proactivelyidentify customer needs in order to establish Dupixent as thestandard of care in EOE.
• Lead performance management: developmentof Sr. Leadership performance updates, coordinate performancereview meeting activities and work with market research andanalytics to develop and generate appropriate data.
• Implementtargeting, segmentation, and Omni-channel strategies.
• Coordinateglobal teams on HCP Marketing strategy and tactical roadmapelements such as Branded, promotional messages, Disease StateAwareness campaigns…
• Develop unbranded/branded campaigns andmessaging based on customer insights.
• Oversee national HCPmarketing programs.
• Drive innovative marketing platforms,leverage digital technology, and develop customer supportsolutions.
• Interface with medical, regulatory, and legal teams tocreate marketing materials.
• Manage advertising agency partner andother vendors to ensure execution towards objectives.
• Contributeto the congress strategy for EoE
• Support the development andmanagement of the Dupixent EoE HCP marketing budget.
• Partneracross functions and therapeutic areas to enhance Dupixent’soverall value proposition.
• Act as a sponsor and ally forinclusion and diversity in all elements of our business
• Complywith all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain ofresponsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industrycodes of practice and best practices and actively support andpromote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout theorganization About You
• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years ofrelevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
• 8-10years’ experience in product/brand management, and/or strategicmarketing, commercial / business development with product launchexperience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries
• Commercial and business acumen: strong track record in thepharma/bio-pharma industry driving commercial success in a range ofroles inclusive of marketing & sales.
• Relationship management,conflict resolution and ability to work collaboratively, along withstrong organizational and operational skills
• Ability to influenceacross all levels of the organization
• Data driven decision-maker;able to distill large amounts of data and information to find thelead story, communicate it effectively to others, and inspireaction
• Global experience and/or prior international assignment aplus
