Cambridge, MA About the Job We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Dupixent U.S Head of Marketing for Gastroenterology.

This individual will be responsible for the US commercial strategyand execution for Dupixent in Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) andother follow-on GI indications. Dupixent was the first approvedbiologic in EoE and has transformed the treatment for this highunmet need disease. This role includes providing strategic andexecutional leadership of the marketing team including HCP andconsumer marketers as well market development activities.

Demonstrated strategic marketing experience including marketshaping with US execution experience and strong customer facingexperience is required. Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the development, execution andperformance of a holistic marketing strategy across HCPs andconsumers
  • Provide leadership to the US Dupixent Gastro HCP &Consumer brand team to enable development, alignment and executionof strategy
  • Clearly communicate and champion Dupixent EoE brandstrategy with key stakeholders internally and across the Alliance
  • Own the gastroenterology governance across cross-functionalpartners ensuring alignment to market dynamics, strategy andexecution.
  • Responsible for the overall structure and organizationof the Gastro marketing team with 4-5 direct reports and willmanage multiple external agencies / consultants.
  • Establish andchampion a bold ambition focused on Gastro and EoE patients
  • Develop innovative go-to-market strategies to maximize uptakeincluding digital initiatives like next best action and GenAIcontent generation
  • Key stakeholder in developing the commercialtopline forecast including OPEX and P&L management.
  • Leaddevelopment of competitive strategy for current and futurecompetitors.
  • Key strategic partner with the Global team to ensurestrategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence inGastro
  • Key strategic partner with the US medical, TLL, PatientSupport Services and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment,collaboration and executional excellence
  • Provide key insights toinfluence Sanofi pipeline development for Dupixent Inspire the teamto embrace play to win behaviors in every aspect of their work.
  • Encourage innovation by setting and cultivating a culture thatembraces failing fast and thoughtful risk taking.
  • Championsimplification and make critical decisions to simply and createefficiencies for the entire marketing structure.

About You Pivotal Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience (10 years) instrategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry,with a focus on sales, marketing, omnichannel strategy, franchisemanagement, and business transformation.
  • Commercial and businessacumen: strong track record in the pharma/bio-pharma industrydriving commercial success and launching new products in a range ofroles inclusive of marketing, sales, market access, and marketresearch.
  • Specialty Care experience is required; Immunologylaunch experience with a deep understanding of the currentlandscape and/or Gastro experience will be a plus
  • Demonstratedhistory of experience in the US pharma and access environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage marketresearch, customer insights; data driven decision-maker; able todistill large amounts of data and information to find the leadstory, communicate it effectively to others, and inspire action
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with thecapability to influence all levels of the organization andcollaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability toeffectively convey complex strategies
  • Change managementexperience, with a track record of driving successful businesstransformations.
