What You?ll

Do:

• Own and optimize marketingautomation and campaign infrastructure in HubSpot
• Build and manageworkflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and campaign execution
• Leadlifecycle management: scoring, segmentation, and funnel visibility-Analyze campaign attribution and report on marketing impact
• Maintainmarketing database hygiene and segmentation strategy
• Partner with SalesOps to support lead routing and pipeline visibility
• Createpersona-based sales enablement content and tools
• Manage CRM dataenrichment and product marketing data across platforms
• Supporte-commerce visibility and digital catalog initiatives
• Lead the setupand optimization of HubSpot Service Hub tools
• Enhance self-servicecapabilities and customer communication

Requirements:

What You Bring

• 3+ years in marketing operations, automation, or digital campaignexecution
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Strong graspof CRM segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking
• Analyticalmindset with a passion for process improvement
• Experience with dataenrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.) is a plus
• Curious,creative, and eager to explore AI in marketing ops
