Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely withOncology Key and National Account Managers to capitalize onmarketing opportunities through organized oncology accounts (GPOs,aggregators, and integrated delivery networks).
  • Develop tailoredmessaging and engagement tactics that resonate with the uniqueroles of Pharmacists in patient care. Develop and implement acomprehensive engagement strategy for organized accounts, creatingflexible, account-specific journeys and modular offerings.
  • Leadexecution efforts, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectivesand customer needs across organized accounts.
  • Design content andchannel mix tailored to organized accounts, optimizing touchpointsto drive engagement and meet account-specific objectives.
  • Ensurecontent is adaptable, relevant, and aligned with organizedaccounts’ unique roles in the healthcare landscape.
  • Act as theprimary marketing liaison to NOSAs and KAMs, ensuring that B2Bsolutions are integrated, relevant, and scalable for organizedaccounts.
  • Facilitate collaboration and strategy alignment betweenNOSAs, KAMs, and oncology marketing.
  • Oversee strategic planningfor GPOs and other organized accounts, assessing opportunities andmaximizing impact in alignment with the brand’s overarching goals
  • Lead company engagement plan in all OOA-related events (NCODA,COA, OncCare alliance, Mckesson, Cardinal, etc)
  • Assess theeffectiveness of GPO and organized account-specific offeringsrelative to other marketing tactics.
  • Lead the development andscaling of B2B solutions tailored to organized accounts, ensuringalignment with brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Evaluate,optimize, and expand scalable offerings that address organizedaccount needs and enhance value delivery.
  • Share best practices ondeployment of marketing tactics across account-centric field teams.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in businessor life sciences preferred.
  • Marketing experience required.

Oncology experience preferred.

  • Exceptional communication andanalytical skills, with a focus on high-impact execution andresults.
  • Proven success in customer-centric marketing strategydevelopment and cross-functional leadership
