Greater Boston Area; Monday-Thursday in office required Overview ’47 is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid media and retention marketing programs, driving growth across our eCommerce business. You’ll play a critical role on a fast-moving marketing team, partnering with external agencies and internal stakeholders to tell brand stories, build and deepen customer relationships, and reach ambitious performance goals. Role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our internal team and agency of record to bring campaigns to life across paid social, search, affiliate, and display channels. You’ll also lead our retention marketing efforts, overseeing email, SMS, and our loyalty program to maximize customer LTV. You’ll help shape our holistic marketing calendar, ensuring high-priority brand and product moments are fully supported across performance channels. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that requires strong communication, strategic thinking, marketing intuition, and a solutions-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution Partner with the internal marketing and ecommerce teams and our marketing agency to develop performance strategies aligned with company goals. Write clear, actionable briefs and work closely with creative partners to ensure assets are compelling, on-brand, and built for conversion. Ensure QA accuracy across all channels. Customer Acquisition Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, YouTube, Bing, Affiliate, and Programmatic Display. Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities and sharing learnings regularly. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Support the strategy and execution for email, SMS, and loyalty (’47 Family), including campaign planning, segmentation, and automation flows. Own channel KPIs and develop A/B testing plans to improve performance and customer LTV. Understand the customer journey and refine the channel strategy to meet customers within each lifecycle stage. Own campaign QA across all content, links, and targeting, ensuring flawless execution. Grow our ’47 Family loyalty program, including program strategy, loyalty site experience, communication, and engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Guide the marketing design team to ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand tone and performance best practices. Collaborate with the web merchandising team to optimize the onsite experience from marketing traffic. Align with brand marketing to bring top-funnel activity into the performance ecosystem. Help shape and maintain the integrated marketing calendar. Qualifications 3-5 years of digital marketing experience at a digital marketing agency or within a fast-paced retail/DTC environment. Proven hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across paid search and social channels. Deep knowledge of email/SMS marketing platforms (Attentive preferred), flows, segmentation, and testing. Analytical mindset driven by KPIs; fluent in attribution models, GA4, and reporting tools. Experience with MTAs/MMMs is a plus. Experience with managing agency and platform partners. Highly organized, curious, and collaborative. You’re comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. Proactive, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative, and entrepreneurial culture.
