Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead our global marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This early-career role is ideal for a marketing professional ready to take the next step in managing cross-channel initiatives that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. A strong background in inbound marketing and demand generation is essential. The role will sit in our Franklin, MA office. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day marketing execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to drive measurable results through lead-generation programs, effective content strategy, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads through inbound channels. Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives (website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media). Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, videos, and print materials. Oversee and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to support campaign execution. Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to ensure message alignment and support new product launches. Maintain and update the corporate website to enhance usability, SEO rankings, and content engagement. Coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows, symposiums, and corporate events. Support public relations initiatives including media outreach, press releases, and thought leadership content. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in an industrial or technical products environment. Demonstrated success in inbound marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation platforms. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders. Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and CMS platforms. Experience using SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms. Basic video and photography skills a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Performance Metrics:
Growth in inbound lead generation and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). Campaign performance (CTR, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, etc.). Website traffic and engagement. Brand awareness and social media growth.
Other Requirements:
Up to 25%, including international travel for trade shows and events. On site role in Franklin, MA five (5) days a week.
