Join us as a Marketing Manager and take thelead in driving success for our AM software solutions! As aMarketing Manager, you will be responsible for expanding andstrengthening the market position of our additive manufacturing(AM) software product line, including the renowned Magics suite andCO-AM platform. Your primary focus will be on manufacturing serviceproviders leveraging 3D printing for production, as well as OEMsintegrating AM into their operations. You will collaborate closelywith our direct sales teams to drive customer acquisition andgrowth while supporting our indirect sales network of OEMs,distributors, and resellers. Additionally, you will work in tandemwith the segment marketing team at HQ, tailoring global productmarketing campaigns to best fit your regional market. What you willdo Develop and execute the annual regional marketing plan,including digital lead generation campaigns, webinars, PR, trainingsessions, and local events Manage the regional marketing budget andensure optimal resource allocation Adapt strategic marketinginitiatives into targeted regional campaigns Track, analyze, andoptimize marketing activities to ensure objectives are met, andcontinuously improve effectiveness Your profile Bachelors degree inmarketing, business, economics, or a related field (or equivalentexperience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and/ormarketing management, preferably in an international B2B technologyenvironment Proven ability to translate market insights intocompelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong stakeholdermanagement skills and experience working in a matrix organizationHands-on, proactive mindset with a structured and strategicapproach Fluent in English; additional regional languages are aplus Excellent interpersonal, commercial, and presentation skills Ablend of strategic vision and operational execution capabilitiesExperience in digital marketing channels is a plus What we offerHealthy life-work balance When creating a better and healthierworld, a good place to start is with yourself.
