The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing a team, and collaborating with various departments to achieve the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share
Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution and performance optimization
Utilize HubSpot and other marketing technologies to analyze data and improve digital marketing efforts
Oversee brand marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
Collaborate with product development teams on product launch initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for campaign execution
Ensure effective communication of marketing messages across all platforms and channels
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in a progressive marketing roles, 3+ years in leadership
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including HubSpot
Experience in the retail industry or QSR preferred
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making
Strong engagement and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally
Experience in brand marketing and launching new products
Demonstrated ability in campaign management and vendor management
Budget management experience and understanding of consumer insights
Passion for marketing technology and staying updated on industry trends Benefits Competitive Salary $150-175K targeted may be flexible for the right candidate
