About This Role Digital therapeutics are redefining mental health treatment, and we need a Director of Marketing who is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor. This role is not just about managing agencies
- it’s about doing the work: developing campaigns, executing marketing strategies, analyzing data, and driving measurable impact. This role will lead our commercialization strategy, patient and provider engagement efforts, and digital marketing initiatives. It will also be responsible for ensuring that digital therapeutics are seen, heard, and adopted
- from compelling brand storytelling to creative execution across various channels.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: + Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive HCP and patient awareness, engagement, and adoption. + Lead product positioning, messaging, and branding
- creating assets and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. + Own digital marketing initiatives and optimize for performance. + Create content and materials directly (copywriting, presentations, campaign assets) while leveraging agencies as an extension
- not a crutch.
+ Analyze data and insights to inform decision making and iterate quickly on marketing programs. + Execute on the go-to-market plan for the U.S. + Work cross-functionally with the field teams, medical, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience from awareness to adoption. + Drive customer targeting as well as patient and HCP engagement by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. + Manage budgets responsibly, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and ensuring fiscal discipline. + Develop and execute KOL strategies for positive WOM. + Work with field-facing teams to master the voice of the customer, competitive positioning, and the needs of the sales team to energize market differentiation and rapid adoption and growth. + Lead small team of marketers to deliver on marketing tactics and deliverables. + Develop actionable, data-driven insights, in partnership with the primary and secondary insights team to inform product and marketing strategy. + Partner with the product teams to identify ideas and solutions that continuously optimize the user experience (UX).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience required + Hands on experience designing and executing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns + Demonstrated abilities executing omnichannel campaigns, with deep expertise in digital media (e.g. social media, programmatic, in-game placements, etc.) + Experience working within matrix organizations with diplomacy and ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management + High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross functional stakeholders + Professional maturity to effectively gain alignment to novel, non-traditional commercialization approaches + Strong business acumen, including analytic capability to build compelling business cases supporting marketing investment recommendations + Strong written and oral communication skills + A collaborative, self-starter who relishes rolling up their sleeves and can drive projects from inception to execution + High intellectual curiosity and learning agility + Self-reflection and self-motivation to operate independently + Organized with attention to detail and quality + Ability to grasp and translate product features into customer benefits
