We’re seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager who will OWN the digital marketing strategies for dozens of home care agencies across the United States. What You’ll Do:
Lead Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results—leads, conversions, and ROI. Manage marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles. Collaborate with our team to deliver integrated campaigns across organic and paid channels. Team leadership experience mandatory. Social Media Management Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of social media content strategies on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles. Guide clients in developing engaging, relevant content to connect with their local communities. Provide coaching and resources to help clients participate actively in their own social media presence. Analytics & Reporting Masterfully use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tags, and Google Search Console to monitor website performance and user behavior. Prepare in-depth, actionable reports for clients and upper management that clearly demonstrate marketing impact and opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Paid Media Management Google Ads/ paid advertising experience mandatory. Team leadership experience mandatory. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness. Develop creative and compelling ad strategies that align with overall marketing goals. Monitor ad performance and adjust tactics to ensure optimal results for each client. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary marketing point of contact for each assigned home care client. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by offering guidance, resources, and proactive communication. Coach clients on content needs, social media best practices, and local marketing strategies to strengthen their online presence.
Must-Haves:
Team management and team leadership skills. Full understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profiles, and TikTok. Full understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tags, and Google Search Console. Full understanding of paid media platforms , especially Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Experience providing in-depth, data-driven reporting to clients and upper management. Strong relationship-building skills —you’re comfortable coaching clients on content and marketing best practices. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that span dozens of agencies across the U.S.
