Digital Marketing Manager Kitchen Social Chesterfield, MO 63005 • Hybrid work Job Summary We’re looking for a creative, self-driven storyteller to join Kitchen Social as the developer of our in house Content Marketing Manager. This role will bring our cooking class experiences to life through compelling visuals and engaging short-form video content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role requires a background in photography and videography , with a special eye for food, product, and lifestyle content. If you live for trending audio, know how to frame a great shot, and can turn a moment into a share-worthy story, this job is for you. 2+ years experience in photography, videography, or content production (freelance or in-house) Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok content strategies Proficient in mobile editing tools (CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, or Adobe suite) Comfortable shooting on-site and around guests (some weekend work may be required) A creative mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience in lifestyle or food content. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engines. Create engaging content tailored to different platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Manage the company’s website using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences that inform marketing decisions. Oversee advertising efforts including Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target demographics effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. Experience with content creation and management across various platforms. Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising tools. Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
