Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. This role requires proficiency in HubSpot and a strong understanding of all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, be data-driven, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and generate leads.
HubSpot Management:
Utilize HubSpot to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize marketing workflows. This includes email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM management.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the company’s social media presence across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Create, schedule, and analyze content to increase engagement and followers.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and high-quality digital content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
SEO/SEM:
Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on key metrics and performance.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, execute, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Lead Generation:
Drive lead generation strategies through digital channels, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company objectives.
Stay Updated:
Keep up to date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, social media, and HubSpot features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on HubSpot and social media management. Proven experience in managing HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and lead management. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
