Butler Snow LLP is looking for a Marketing Events and Special Projects Manager to join our growing thriving law firm in our Ridgeland, MS office location.
What You’ll Do:
Organize a variety of special events across multiple offices. Oversee and facilitate all aspects of meeting planning from site selection, vendor negotiation, event registration, budget management, marketing, and post-event reporting. Utilize marketing/event technologies to send invitations to various individuals and groups, track responses, and develop reports. Work on multiple meetings, large-scale conferences and events across the Firm network. Create and send event marketing communications via email, web, and print as required by individual event campaigns. Develop various lists by office to be used for events, and to update in the firm’s centralized contact database for tracking purposes. Work on other special projects/administrative projects as needed to assist the marketing and business development team. Work with marketing team as well as with community organizations to manage and administer firm sponsorships across the firm network. Coordinate creation of event publications, materials and signage for various events as needed and working with other marketing team members. Other duties as assigned by the
