Marketing Strategy Director Position Available In Marshall, Mississippi

Marketing Strategy Director RBR Enterprise Byhalia, MS 38611 Locally owned Agricultural Equipment manufacturer is now interviewing for a Marketing Strategy Director. Our products have national and international reach and will provide someone with the right experience to help communicate our story and provide support to our sales team as we continue on our rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and social media posts
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to track ROI and make data-driven decisions
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing

Experience:

• Proven experience in performance marketing and driving results in an e-commerce environment
• Experience with Brand Marketing Strategies on a national and/or global scale.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms
• Knowledge of HTML5 and experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
