Position Overview We’re hiring a full-time Marketing Manager who is part visionary strategist, part execution powerhouse. You must be local to the Wilmington, NC area and excited about working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong mission and massive growth potential. Key Responsibilities Lead all marketing and advertising efforts across channels, including social media, email, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and SEO. Demonstrated track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly drive revenue growth , with the ability to show real-world results through increased lead conversion, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Strategize, manage, and optimize high-level social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.). Oversee brand voice and presence across platforms and ensure consistency with mission and values. Leverage the latest AI-based marketing tools and automation systems to increase efficiency and ROI. Delegate and manage outsourced marketing contractors, including copywriters, designers, ad buyers, and video editors. Track performance, interpret analytics, and report on KPIs regularly to leadership. Identify new growth opportunities, viral content trends, and ways to generate qualified leads. Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and execute marketing campaigns that generate buzz, drive engagement, and deliver highly qualified leads aligned with real-time sales priorities and opportunities. Requirements Must be local to Wilmington, NC
- this is a hybrid in-person/remote position. , with a proven track record of high-level social media ad execution and results. Deep knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Opus.pro, Jasper, ManyChat, GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.). Excellent project management and delegation skills
- must be able to lead and manage multiple contractors effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and brand. Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and obsessed with staying ahead of marketing trends (think: the year 2026).
