About Us:

Artisan Ice Sculptures and Cocktail Ice specializes in two things: turning frozen water into jaw-dropping art and elevating cocktails with crystal-clear ice . Our company crafts custom ice sculptures for events, weddings, and brand activations, while also producing high-end cocktail ice for top-tier bars, restaurants, and private clients. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help us scale both sides of the business while keeping our brand as sharp as our chisels.

Job Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and creative marketer. You’ll lead sales and marketing efforts across both our event/art-focused sculpting services and our hospitality-driven cocktail ice offerings. You’ll connect with chefs, bartenders, event planners, and brand managers — selling unforgettable experiences and products that stand out in a crowded market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (B2B & B2C): Drive new business for both custom ice sculptures and premium cocktail ice Develop and manage relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, caterers, event planners, and private clients Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, invoicing using QuickBooks, close deals, and manage client accounts from pitch to delivery Identify upselling opportunities and create tailored client packages Maintain sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and forecast growth

Marketing:

Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and customer base Develop content and campaigns for web, social media, email, and print Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce visually striking assets Manage digital marketing: SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, influencer collaborations Organize and promote seasonal campaigns, product launches, and branded activations

Brand & Community Engagement:

Represent the brand at events, expos, industry mixers, and tastings Build partnerships with local and national brands in hospitality, beverage, and event design Stay ahead of trends in cocktails, event aesthetics, hospitality, and luxury experiences

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in sales and/or marketing, ideally in hospitality, events, food/beverage, or luxury services Proven track record of closing deals and growing client accounts Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding Well-connected in the bar/restaurant or event planning industries (a big plus) A love for detail, design, and the art of presentation — whether in a drink or on a dance floor
