BrainTap, the pioneer in brainwave entrainment and mental wellness technology, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our dynamic marketing team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategy, structure, creativity, and collaboration—with direct impact on our mission to empower millions through brain fitness. ⸻ What You’ll Do Lead and supervise a high-performing team across digital, social, content, PR, and video. Own and execute our digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and lead generation. Manage creative execution, including messaging, graphics, video, podcast, and brand storytelling. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, newsletters, and content across all channels. Work closely with executives to align marketing plans with overall company objectives—while thriving under light supervision and clear direction. Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs, turning data into insight-driven strategies. Coordinate with outside vendors, media contacts, and PR agencies. Maintain and manage marketing budgets with fiscal discipline. Contribute to podcast growth and online media strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, partnerships, and events. ⸻ Must-Have Qualifications Deep, working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, funnels, automation, analytics). Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Excellent project and team management capabilities. Clear, effective communication skills with executive teams and external partners. Proficient in marketing reporting, analytics tools, and ROI tracking. Experience with PR strategy, video marketing, and podcast promotion. High level of creativity and adaptability in a startup-like environment. Ability to take constructive feedback with a positive mindset. Enthusiastic, optimistic, team player with a can-do attitude.⸻ Bonus Points For Experience working in wellness, health tech, neurotech, or personal development.
