2008 Certified manufacturer. This role will manage Hayward Flow Control’s digital marketing. Critical Digital responsibilities include Website development and maintenance, E-Commerce support and deployment, ongoing SEO/SEM optimization, Divisional domain analytics and C-suite reporting, Lead Generation optimization, overall Digital Customer Experience, and paid and owned digital advertising, including retargeting, geotargeting, social media dark advertising, and more. This role is based in Clemmons, NC.

Responsibilities:

Working with Marketing Product Management and Sales Operations Teams to collaborate, develop, and implement divisional strategic objectives, including: Website development strategy and deployment, including Global catalog management and syndication, channel growth and adoption, executive performance reporting and forecasting, and technology maintenance and optimization. Digital Customer Experience, including design, creative direction, content generation and deployment, UX, UI, and site optimization. Global GTM Strategy, Lead Generation, VOC, Category Development, Opportunity Cultivation, and Digital Trends. Overall Brand Awareness initiatives, including Advertising Strategy, paid, owned, digital, and hard media, Industry Association Partnerships and Advertising, Geo-targeting and retargeting campaigns, Social paid media buys and promotions, and Marketing Communication automation. Global Trade Show strategy, creative direction, show strategy, and Lead generation.

Divisional Channel Partner Relationship Manager:

Cultivate and nurture key business partners, collaborating with partner Marketing teams to drive Brand Messaging. Business Unit Marketing and Technology vendor manager, responsible for managing relationships, contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, and spend management. Overall Marketing Strategic Budget development, management, and reporting.

Core Competencies:

E-Commerce platforms, including Mar-tech experience, catalog management, and product information management systems. Experience in Akeneo, Magento Commerce, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Cloud is preferable. Superior soft skills with seasoned cross-functional communication and Global collaboration competency. Mastery of Adobe Creative Applications – Creative Suite Understanding of Manufacturing GTM strategies, B2B principles, sales channel process, industrial customer base(s). Experience managing total solution vendors providing print, packaging, direct mail, sales-facing portal solutions, branded apparel and collateral, and technology solution partners. Experience in interpreting data to influence and make strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic communications, Marketing, or Business, MBA preferred but not a requirement. 8-10 Years of Experience in a Marketing position with a Digital focus from an Industrial Manufacturer is preferred. Sense of urgency with a rounded customer-centric attitude Experience in web development using Magento. Seasoned understanding of comprehensive manufacturing GTM requirements when launching new products.
