Responsible for managing large retailer’s digital advertising, promotions, and new product launches for this Client. Responsible for supporting and enhancing Client’s digital presence across retailer’s desktop and mobile websites. Developing and overseeing the effective planning and execution of digital strategies. Responsible for customer websites experience for our product portfolio.
Job Description:
Customer Strategies & Execution
- Develop retailer-focused strategies to drive POS – including paid, organic, and promotional strategies to drive traffic and conversion at retailer websites
- Directly manage Retail Media networks — including campaign optimization, audience strategy, and media mix shifts to drive qualified traffic to our products on retailer’s websites
- Develop and execute online-only promotional discount strategies with retailers
- Partner with retailer’s media teams to navigate execution of retail media plans
- Support new product launch strategies, including recommendations for media plan, reviews plan, and on-site variant/cross-merchandising plan
- Analyze digital marketing strategy performance using PowerBI and retailer-provided reporting
- Monitor competitive digital marketing strategies within retailer websites
- Work with P&L managers (sales & product marketing) to set priorities and budgets
- Manage relationship with retail Brand Advocate Internal Strategy
- Manage retailer-focused marketing budgets
- Set financial priorities for marketing spend across retailer digital marketing
- Partner with organic social, graphics, agencies, demand planning, sales, product marketing, etc. as needed to support campaign activations
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
- Drive process improvements throughout organization
- Partner with Marketing Research to unlock new consumer insights Qualifications
- Microsoft suite, strong Excel
- Microsoft Power BI
- Retail media platforms
- Reviews platforms (Bazaarvoice)
- 3+ years in digital marketing preferred
- Experience in working with retailers’ portals (Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, etc.)
- Experience working retail media programs (Amazon Ads, Orange Apron Media, Lowes Media Network, etc.)
- Experience setting strategies for onsite media: sponsored products, category banners, brand pages, on-site search optimization, etc
- Experience setting strategies for offsite media: Google ad, Meta ads, display network ads, etc.
