Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize our marketing automation programs. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage, as well as a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign performance reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and RevOps to drive high-impact, data-driven campaigns that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage + Design, test, and optimize email workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring, and segmentation + Manage Marketo database hygiene, list imports, and sync processes with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) + Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation, lead routing, and pipeline acceleration efforts + Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate insights to improve ROI and engagement + Ensure all marketing automation processes align with industry best practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) + Support lead lifecycle initiatives through lead scoring models, program templates, and trigger-based campaigns + Troubleshoot issues related to Marketo programs, forms, landing pages, and integrations

Requirements Requirements:

+ 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (certification a plus) + Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead funnel strategies + Experience integrating Marketo with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce + Proficiency in

HTML/CSS
