Marketing Full Job Description Overview:

As the Marketing Manager at Apogee Behavioral Medicine, you will develop and manage marketing initiatives that align with our behavioral health company’s mission and goals. This role involves managing marketing project budgets, creating impactful materials across various platforms, and analyzing market trends to inform our strategy. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency, and represent the company at community and industry events. This role is key to ensuring brand consistency, tracking campaign performance, and driving growth and patient engagement.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Strategy:

Develop and implement marketing, branding, and communication plans that align with our company’s mission, target audience, and market trends. •

Clinic Expansion Support:

Perform market research and execute local marketing tactics to support new clinic expansion strategies. •

Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets for specific campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all marketing efforts are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment. •

Content Creation:

Manage and create marketing materials across multiple platforms, including brochures, emails, social media content, website content, press releases, and other promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging. •

Market Research:

Monitor and analyze marketing trends within the healthcare industry, especially within behavioral health, to inform marketing strategies. •

Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments, including public relations and product development teams, to align strategies and ensure cohesive interdepartmental messaging and goals. •

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, print, and local events. This includes coordinating campaign logistics, creating timelines, and ensuring each campaign aligns with our brand’s image and message. •

Performance Tracking:

Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Regularly report results to executive leadership, providing clear insight into the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives. •

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with marketing vendors and service providers, including serving as the primary liaison with our digital marketing agency. •

Public & Community Relations:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local community events. Foster relationships with key industry influencers and members of the press. •

Brand Management:

Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company’s brand and mission. Regularly assess brand positioning and awareness, making strategic adjustments as necessary. •

Online Presence:

Oversee the company’s online presence, including website content and organic social media accounts. Collaborate with the digital agency on SEO/SEM strategies to ensure our platforms effectively reach our target audience. •

Crisis Management:

Support the implementation of crisis communication plans to manage the company’s reputation and mitigate potential damage during a crisis.

Qualifications:

Education:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. ○ A Master’s degree in a related field is a plus. •

Experience:

○ Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. ○ Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health, is strongly preferred. •

Industry Knowledge:

○ Excellent understanding of market research methods, data analysis, and marketing best practices in the healthcare industry. ○ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web production, etc. •

Communication Skills:

○ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. ○ Ability to effectively communicate marketing plans to a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. •

Technical Proficiency:

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, RankRanger, BrightLocal, Screaming Frog, Canva, WordPress, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Slack). •

Social Media Marketing:

○ Experience collaborating with agencies or teams on paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. ○ Strong understanding of social media KPIs and the ability to interpret campaign data to improve results and achieve marketing objectives. •

Analytical Skills:

○ Strong ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies. ○ Experience with data analysis tools and performance metrics. •

Project Management:

○ Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. •

Creativity:

○ Innovative and creative thinker, with an ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling marketing programs. •

Interpersonal Skills:

○ Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. ○ Ability to work effectively with others, both internally and externally.
