Creative Freedom:
Want to test new referral incentives? Build out a canvassing program? Launch events? You’ll have the support and budget to make it happen.
Leadership Opportunity:
Our Business Development Manager will look to you for accountability and direction. You’ll help shape their success too.
Innovative Outreach:
We’re launching a program to offer free sales training to other local service companies to grow our referral network and you’ll lead that outreach. You’ll own the strategy, promotion, and recruiting (with a $3K/event budget).
Strong Compensation:
$100K-$135K/year (base + performance), benefits, and a clear path for growth What You’ll Do Own all lead-generation channels: FB Ads, PPC, LSA, SEO, community events, referral campaigns, and more Optimize performance weekly across platforms like Google Analytics, CRM, YouTube, Meta, and lead aggregators Track and report key metrics: cost per booked appointment, lead-to-sale conversion, ROAS Manage vendors and keep all marketing partners accountable to performance and deadlines Build and promote community referral and training events Organize our marketing media, ensure content is on-brand and on-strategy, and support a fast-moving team Keep our Founder out of marketing by owning the function top to bottom What Makes You a Fit You’ve managed $1M+ in annual marketing budgets You’ve marketed for a local service or home repair business You’re analytical, confident, and results-obsessed You’re not afraid to lead vendors, teammates, and external partners You’re a creative executor who thrives in an environment of freedom, accountability, and action You live near Dallas, NC , and are ready for an on-site, in-person leadership role Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation ($100K-$135K) Health insurance 4% 401(k) company match Paid holidays, PTO, and parental leave High-autonomy environment with room to grow HydroHelp911 was founded in 2010.
