Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Oversee product management processes, ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle management. Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. Write persuasive copy for marketing materials, websites, and promotional content that aligns with brand messaging. Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Manage social media marketing efforts to build community engagement and brand loyalty. Implement performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI on advertising spend. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience in product management, advertising, copywriting, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, budgeting, WordPress, and sales is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
