Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and versatile Director of Sales & Marketing who will significantly impact Answerphone of America’s growth. This role involves running the company’s complete sales & marketing department with responsibilities to include: developing the company’s overall marketing strategy, increasing lead generation, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, graphic and web design, developing targeted print campaigns, managing website and social media presence, and providing occasional operational support. ✅

Core Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation:

Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through multiple channels including web inquiries, print/direct mail campaigns, trade shows, cold-calling, email outreach, and professional networking. Manage and refine the sales pipeline using CRM tools; ensure timely and consistent follow-ups. Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.

Digital Marketing & Website Management:

Update and optimize company websites: AnswerphoneOfAmerica.com (WordPress) TelephoneAnsweringService.com and Clickbacks.co () Lead SEO and PPC campaigns (familiarity with Google Ads is a plus), and generate engaging social media content utilizing modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Deepseek). Monitor digital performance through Google Analytics and proprietary PPC monitoring platforms (clickbacks.co).

Design, Content, & Branding:

Create impactful marketing materials, proposals, brochures, and promotional assets. Design professional-quality trade show materials and direct mail advertising utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Print & Direct Mail Campaigns:

Develop and execute strategic direct mail advertising campaigns targeting business owners. Manage campaign logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and track ROI effectively. Continuously refine print marketing strategies based on measurable outcomes.

Relationship Management & Industry Representation:

Represent Answerphone of America at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, franchise networks, and industry organizations.

Operational Support:

Occasionally provide operational phone support during high-volume periods to enhance product knowledge and team collaboration. ✅

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Sales & Marketing Expertise:

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in sales generation, marketing strategy, and pipeline management. Demonstrable success managing digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, social media).

Technical Proficiency:

Must be proficient in leveraging generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Deepseek, Grok, etc.). Experience with WordPress; familiarity with web design – specifically with Node.js and Replit is beneficial. Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Ads. CRM experience (SuiteCRM, Monday.com, Salesforce, or comparable customer management database). Graphic Design – Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Education & Experience:
Minimum:
