Your ImpactThe Manager of Customer Marketing, reporting to theDirector of Customer Marketing, will work with Customer MarketingLeadership to help deliver Lowe’s omni-channel customer engagementand retention strategies for the Homeowner and Pro customersegments (and respective subsegments) to build incrementality toour base business.

This role will be responsible for leading theday-to day efforts of the “agile PODs” that work to drive sales andmargin goals for known customers and opt-ins for unknown customers.

The role will leverage customer data, business insights, brand,business priorities, sales and margin goals to operationalizeomni-channel journeys including but not limited to owned channelslike email/app/SMS, dotcom, in-store/POS and to paid channels inpartnership with the media team.

This role requires someone who canlead advanced analytics efforts within the “agile POD” to deliverbusiness performance goals through an interactive and rapidtest/learn/scale mindset. This role will identify and execute theday-to-day customer segment growth opportunities and developsubject matter expertise to help define acquisition and retentionstrategies, channels of engagement and personalization levers.

Whatyou will doExecute the day-to-day within cross functionalcontinuous marketing PODs focused on Homeowner and Pro customers todrive incremental sales and margin for customer subsegments usingomni-channel journeysCollaborate with VP and Sr Director/Directorto develop segment strategy and plan that will drive higherengagement – leading the development of briefs and serving as theintegrator across marketing and broader organizationLead direct andindirect team members who work closely with cross functionalpartners, business owners, and other key stakeholders to developeffective segment specific marketing campaigns that meet criticalKPIsWorks across data platforms to identify trends and monitorchanges within specific customer segments (key cohorts, customerprofiles)Work directly with partnership functions through the PODand/or Brand Marketing relationships to connect with businessintelligence, data analytics, data science, IT, finance, supplychain, store ops, merchandising and Pro Services to identifycritical service areas across the omni-channel journey that mayhave unmet needs and require solutions to create a true end-to-endcustomer journeyMeasure and report KPIs, with ongoing efforts tocontinuously analyze data, identify trends, and identify continuousimprovement opportunities to better drive our initiatives throughautomation, triggers, recommendation engines, AI/Models,etc.

Identify what is possible with existing data, but also identifyfuture needs to best deliver on personalization and new growthstrategies via the Lowe’s Media NetworkInforms stakeholders ofcommunications plans and tactical campaign plans utilizing customerjourney insights to support plan messagingDrives leadershipstakeholders to make decisions by presenting customer marketingresearch aligned to the overall roadmap on regular cadence.
