Marketing Full Job Description Job Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated Influencer Marketing Manager who can identify and recruit influential creators, onboard them through our CRM, convert leads into active accounts, and nurture these relationships monthly. This role is focused on sales, account management, and relationship building, and will require effective communication and the ability to manage influencer campaigns consistently.

Pay:

$13.00 / hour +

Commission Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:

Proactively identify potential influencers who align with our brand through CRM tools and market research. Reach out and build relationships to convert leads into active, productive influencer accounts.

Account Management:

Manage influencer accounts, ensuring monthly campaigns and deliverables are executed smoothly. Maintain frequent communication with influencers, ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership.

Campaign Coordination:

Plan, launch, and monitor influencer campaigns each month, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines. Track campaign performance and create reports to optimize future initiatives.

Relationship Building:

Foster long-term relationships through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for influencers internally.

Qualifications:
Required:

Proven experience in sales or account management roles. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Comfortable working in-office full-time (40 hours/week). Preferred (a plus): Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Familiarity or previous experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms. Experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
