The Data Analytics Manager advises a team that gathers,analyzes, and interprets market/business sector trends and customerdata, identifying insights that ultimately inform business, productdevelopment and marketing decisions. This job manages the datacollection, modelling, visualization, and interpretation efforts ofthe marketing analytics team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversees processes and methodologies for gathering and analyzingmarket data and opinion research. Ensures accuracy and integrity ofdata, analytics, statistical modelling, visualizations, andinterpretations. Implements evaluation standards and relatedpolicies and processes used to either project or measure results ofvarious marketing initiatives. Analyzes revenue impact of variousonline marketing and e-commerce strategies. Communicates withsenior management about market analyses and marketing campaignperformance, highlighting areas of opportunity for increasedmarketing and advertising as well as potential for new product orservice development as appropriate. Manages performance of teamthrough regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performancereview process to ensure delivery of exceptional products andengagement, motivation, and development of team.
