Position Summary:

As Compumedics expands its footprint in North America with the launch of the Somfit , Somfit Pro , and upcoming Somfit-D platforms, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team. The North American Director of Home Sleep Apnea Testing will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with our valued customers, onboarding new accounts, and supporting the growth of Compumedics’ Home Sleep Testing (HST) portfolio across the United States and Canada. This position will be instrumental in supporting clinical adoption, driving customer success, and contributing strategic field insights that fuel Compumedics’ leadership in sleep diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with key accounts to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. Lead customer onboarding activities, ensuring training is completed within 36 hours of device receipt . Deliver quarterly clinical education sessions across North America to support customer excellence. Provide actionable field insights to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs. Resolve customer escalations within 24 hours , maintaining the highest standards of responsiveness. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand brand influence and support research and clinical adoption initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Demonstrated success in customer engagement, account management, or clinical support within the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Home Sleep Testing. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to customer management. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to support customer engagements across the United States and Canada. Preference will be given to candidates located centrally within North America to facilitate effective support across time zones. Why Join Compumedics?
