Charlotte, NC Social Media Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Manager for a contract role in Charlotte, NC. This candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategy that will drive engagement and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all social media and content creation for the brand including strategy, content development, planning, publishing and reporting
Assist the marketing team with prep and execution of in-house photoshoots and be the point person for social based content
Create social media content calendar with original short form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor social media activities and prepare regular reports on performance metrics
Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to enhance brand reach

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in social media and brand management
Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences
Expertise in social media platforms and tools for reporting and analysis
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with creative editing tools like Figma, Canva or Creative Suite
