Role:

We’re looking for someone who loves content creation, has a passion for medical aesthetics, and understands what makes social media convert . This role will lead the strategy, execution, and reporting for all things social, while supporting digital marketing initiatives and in-clinic promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll be the voice and vibe of our brand across social media. From brainstorming campaign ideas to creating scroll-stopping content, this role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts artist, strategist, and storyteller. You’ll help drive awareness, patient engagement, and loyalty—all while keeping us ahead of the curve in the fast-paced beauty and wellness space.

What You’ll Do:

Own and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish on-brand, eye-catching content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, and more) Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a way that builds community and trust Collaborate with providers and staff to spotlight treatments, results, promotions, and patient education Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on real data Keep an eye on industry trends and local competitors to ensure we’re always one step ahead Occasionally support email, text, and event marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or PR (bonus if in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics) Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/Lightroom), plus video editing tools Strong writing, visual storytelling, and brand voice skills Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices Detail-oriented, organized, and able to self-manage A creative mindset paired with an analytical brain—you love aesthetics and insights Someone who “gets” the medspa space or is excited to learn it
