Job Overview:

The starting date for this position is after July 14th. We have completed the development of our e-commerce website and will soon be launching it. We are seeking a highly experienced solar Sales Manager for 18 States of the ET time to lead our organization. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations and driving strategic growth. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional management skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in business development. Simply put, you have to bring in orders, whether they are within our solution range or not. We can even invest in good SME projects (there must be a power purchase agreement), but overall, you are sales-oriented, with getting orders and commissions as your job mission. In the initial stage, you will have about 2 to 4 Chinese employees (and another 4 in China), 3 marketing and sales staff in the United States, and about 20-30 remote contract employees under your management. You need strong organizational skills and the ability to get sales staff to close deals. We will operate AI tools to help you get a large number of potential customers.

Duties:
  • Manage and provide leadership to all departments within the organization
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis and market research
  • Responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales, engineering design and installation support, customer service, etc. in the U.S. market;
  • Responsible for leading internal multi-department coordination and plan execution;
  • Fair evaluation and performance appraisal of all departments;
  • Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and be able to lead the company to achieve long-term sustainable competitiveness;
  • Have plans, strategies and confidence to defeat opponents in the market and gain market share;
  • Emotionally stable, physically healthy, and able to adapt to high-intensity work needs;
  • Inspire and drive the enthusiasm and initiative of all employees of the company, and exceed the tasks assigned by the board of directors;
  • After working remotely or part-time for several months, you need to move to work with the company. The latest date of arrival is no later than November 2024.
  • Have a certain strategic vision and no less than 3 years of experience in the solar energy industry;
  • Possess leadership, organizational and management skills in large organizations. Have the ability to balance revenue with organizational development and competition; particularly familiar with the sales characteristics of Internet business;
  • Have a global working mindset and be able to cooperate well with colleagues from Asian and European countries;
  • Good learning ability and forward thinking;
  • Marketing master and ability to capture customers’ hearts;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • At least two letters of recommendation, working experience in a large and complex organization, including internship experience of no less than 6 months;
  • Have knowledge and experience in multiple majors, especially in the field of power engineering and business management;
  • There is a need to relocate with the company, such as relocating to another city or state after 5 years;
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (If you have graduated with a major in electrical engineering, those who then study for an MBA will be given top priority.)
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or similar position
  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution
  • Demonstrated success in business development and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
