Role:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and grow our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, storytelling, and strategy—and knows how to lead a team while rolling up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across digital, print, and social channels Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies with business goals Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively Oversee content creation, including blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI Identify market trends and competitor strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners Manage and mentor marketing team members (if applicable) Coordinate events, promotions, product launches, and other brand-building efforts Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a management or lead role Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and tools (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, CRMs) Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) Experience managing teams and/or contractors a plus Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset Highly organized and deadline-oriented
