Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all visitors. Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve overall venue goals. Assist with other tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the agricultural tourism venue. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and colleagues. Create and manage our social media posts on a daily basis Create and manage weekly informational email to guests. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of birthday parties and priviate events.

Qualifications:

Experience in either, marketing, communications, event management, hospitality, agriculture, or other related field. Proven work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content and record and edit videos with posts. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to work outdoors Proficiency in using social media management tools and email platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine interest in agriculture, local food, and/or tourism is highly desirable. Ability to work some evenings and every weekend. Have dependable transportation to and from work.
