Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with students and providing support in a college setting
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
Experience working in an educational, advising, or customer service role
Knowledge of community college programs and Career & Technical Education pathways
