Job Description:
The Associate Director, HCP Marketing (ENVARSUS XR) plays a critical role in driving the brand’s success by leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The incumbent provides strategic insights, leads tactical planning and design, and ensures alignment across commercial teams. The role also involves active engagement with the field sales force, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and healthcare providers to ensure consistent and effective execution of brand initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and strategic position requiring a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational excellence. Summary of Key Responsibilities Works closely with Executive Director, Marketing (ENVARSUS XR) and key matrix team members to contribute to the overall strategy for the brand. Facilitates market research projects to effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, and market trends. Works with analytics to identify customer segments and develop tailored approaches and messages to address needs. Co-leads the development of HCP strategy, HCP message platform, key promotional resources, and other key projects/activities. Develops institutional expertise in assigned disease states, ensuring the delivery of relevant messaging and full understanding of available opportunities. Identifies new business opportunities through market expansion or development. Serves as primary lead on cross-functional projects related to assigned brands. Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research. Identifies, tracks, and develops solutions for critical business matters. Develops relationships with KOLs, product champions, and relevant medical societies. Understands all relevant guidelines and associated impact. Develops and presents annual marketing plan. Develops and implements Sales promotion campaigns and materials. Achieves P&L goals for assigned products. Attends medical congresses and conducts routine field rides with sales representatives to understand competitive position, cultivate relationships, and gauge appropriateness and receptiveness of messaging and sales materials. Ability to analyze data and redirect message, resources, etc. as needed. Effectively manages multiple agency partners to produce high-quality deliverables within timelines and allocated budget. Manages brand budget to ensure optimal allocation of promotional resources and market research investments, maximizing impact and return on marketing spend. Gains approval for marketing materials through internal Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review process. Generates and delivers high quality presentations for internal national and regional meetings. Communicates effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of all key stakeholders to achieve product objectives. Liaises with Sales. Market Access, Sales Operations and Medical Teams to develop optional, cross-functional solutions to any given challenge or opportunity. Adheres to all industry, company, and regulatory standards of conduct and compliance and stays up to date with all laws, regulations, and guidance with regard to pharmaceutical marketing practices. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and membership in professional societies. Required Qualifications and Skills BA in a relevant field; MBA with a focus in Strategy and Marketing, a plus At least 7 years’ relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in Marketing or Sales Transplant or rare disease experience a plus Significant experience in supporting field facing promotional efforts Experience with multi-channel tactics including personal and non-personal promotion Strong organizational skills; conscientious in attention to detail Superior written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation/platform skills Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
