Role:
  • We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead our strategic go-to-market efforts with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) including Databricks, MongoDB, SAP and more.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with partners alongside our Business Development, Product Management, Sales, and Partner Marketing teams to develop and execute joint messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. The goal is to highlight the unique value our solutions bring when integrated with our ISV partners’ offerings. To excel in this position, you’ll need a strong background in Product Marketing within high-tech companies, specifically demonstrating your ability to connect our product’s technical features to customer pain points and translate them into clear business value. We’re looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives, a keen understanding of market drivers, target audiences, and the competitive landscape. Your communication skills must be top-notch; you’ll be writing and presenting about our product to both internal and external audiences in a way that influences desired actions.

Strategic Messaging & Content:
  • Craft and own compelling messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the combined value of our solutions and those of our ISV partners. Develop high-quality content for internal and external stakeholders to support integrated marketing campaigns, joint product launches, and collaborative events. +
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to plan and execute enablement, training, and marketing activities for both our internal teams and our ISV partners. Drive initiatives such such as funnel growth, web optimization, campaigns, and events in collaboration with these teams to maximize joint success. +
  • Partnership Growth:
  • Influence the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with our ISV partners, ensuring strong alignment between their business objectives and our product offerings. Support joint product and solution launches, ensuring that our field and other go-to-market teams, as well as our partners’ teams, are fully enabled. +
  • Market Insight & Strategy:
  • Engage directly with customers and ISV partners to gather crucial insights, refine messaging, and perfect your strategic approach. Benchmark and assess the impact of your efforts against key business metrics, while staying acutely aware of market drivers, target audiences, and the competitive landscape relevant to our ISV ecosystem.
  • What You Will Bring:
  • + 7+ years of experience in product marketing roles within enterprise software, specifically in SaaS/Cloud environments, with a strong focus on ISV partnerships or technology alliances.

+ Proven ability to develop compelling, value-oriented messaging and create engaging content for integrated solutions. + Strong track record of collaborating effectively with ISVs, understanding their unique business models, and navigating complex technical and business environments. + Technical foundation with the ability to understand our product’s capabilities and communicate them effectively in the context of ISV integrations and joint solutions. + MBA or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $178,500- $209,700 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
