Overview :
Weare seeking a Junior Brand Manager with relevant luxury or premiumbeauty industry experience to join a growing marketing team. Thisindividual should be in touch with current trends in beauty andculture and ready to take the next step in their marketing career.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will beinstrumental in the execution of short- and long-term brand andproduct strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CMO inexecuting 360° marketing plans for new product launches incollaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with theproduct development team to shape product messaging and launchconcepts. Write clear, strategic creative briefs to guide thecontent creation team. Provide actionable feedback on creativeassets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Assist withdevelopment and execution of marketing campaigns and productpromotions. Manage digital asset updates across retail partnerwebsites. Analyze consumer insights, sales trends, and third-partydata to inform strategy. Conduct competitive research and summarizeactionable takeaways. Provide brand and product launch assets tointernal retail and e-commerce teams.
Experience, Education &Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 3 yearsof experience in brand marketing/management Background in luxurygoods or beauty industry preferred Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Highly collaborative and team-oriented Stronganalytical mindset; able to interpret data into insights Proficientin MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work both strategically andtactically Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment Passion for the beauty industry and awareness ofemerging trends About this facility:
