Based in Cary, NC, LTS specializes in providing engineering expertise to design the latest solutions to meet customer needs. We also manufacture our own products in our factory in Shenzhen, China as well as through manufacturing partners in Malaysia. Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital and physical channels. This individual will be responsible for optimizing our web presence, creating compelling content, planning trade shows, driving lead generation campaigns, and developing go-to-market strategies for new product launches. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the marketing function at LTS, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve keyword rankings. Conduct regular website audits, implement technical SEO improvements, and monitor performance via analytics tools. Content Creation & Management Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, web copy, emails, and social media assets. Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure content aligns with messaging goals. Trade Show Planning & Event Marketing Research, coordinate, and manage the company’s presence at trade shows and industry events. Lead all aspects of booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and lead capture. Lead Generation Campaigns Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, paid ads, social, webinars). Monitor and analyze KPIs, continuously optimizing for conversion and ROI. Go-to-Market Strategy for Product Launches Partner with Product and Sales teams to define launch goals, messaging, and positioning. Create launch content and campaigns and track the success of new product introductions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4-5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. Proven experience with SEO strategy, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and clarity. Experience managing trade shows or events from planning to execution. Demonstrated success in planning and executing demand generation campaigns. Solid understanding of GTM strategies and product marketing fundamentals. Must be able to work on-site in Cary, NC.
