As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in updating our digital presence, orchestrating engaging events, and driving our marketing campaigns. Your contributions will be essential in promoting our business and ensuring our events are successful and memorable.

Job Duties Include:

Update our website and social media platforms with upcoming events, staff updates, announcements and white papers. Refresh email drip campaigns and manage recipient lists. Prepare mailers for webinars, digital ads, and tax classes, managing headcount and budgets accordingly. Track leads and ensure all relevant data is added to our systems every Monday. Plan events, create scripts for participants when necessary and prepare invitation lists and email content. Organize sponsorships and ensure payments are secured for each event. Reserve appropriate venues, coordinate food selections, and manage entertainment for events. Send out reminder emails before each event and thank you emails afterward. Manage RSVPs, seating charts, and ensure staff roles are assigned for smooth execution. Submit compliance documents, post-event feedback and track/generate reports on KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of proven experience in marketing management, event coordination, and campaign execution.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and graphic design. Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
