We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Manager with extensive experience in professional marketing services. This leadership position at McGill will join an innovative team who is passionate about continuous improvement and moving McGill forward using the latest marketing practices. The Marketing Manager is responsible for supervising assigned marketing staff. This position requires strong leadership skills along with the ability to manage various marketing projects. In this role, the Marketing Manager works closely with company leadership on project pursuits, oversees the proposal process, the quality of proposal submissions, interview preparation, and ensures deadlines are met. This position also manages McGill’s brand guidelines and consistency of the brand across the firm. He or she will manage communications which includes content creation, the website, and social media platforms. This position will also produce graphics and coordinate photography needs to assist with internal and external needs. The Marketing Manager will also serve on various internal committees and collaborate with business development, practice area leaders, and firm leadership to position McGill in the market. Minimum Education and Experience Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar field of study is required. Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing professional services is required, with supervisory experience in the AEC industry preferred. Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Premier Pro), Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
