MastersResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing, Job duties include: Lead the execution and optimization of consumer marketing campaigns across branded and unbranded channels to support the patient journey within the Sleep Franchise. Partner with Demand Generation and Omnichannel leads to incorporate updated messaging and creative elements into consumer-facing tactics and define performance KPIs. Analyze campaign performance and market insights to inform strategy, refine existing tactics, and recommend new opportunities. Oversee qualitative and quantitative market research to identify consumer needs, behaviors, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

4+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry, with experience in marketing, market access, commercial analytics, project management, or sales. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. Experience with budget management and navigating MLR review processes. Strategic thinker with attention to detail and proven problem-solving capabilities. MBA preferred.
