We are searching for an energetic, motivated, creative, data-driven individual who can help contribute and positively build upon our practice’s success by enhancing awareness through targeted, distinctive social media and digital marketing campaigns and content Grow and evolve the practice’s social media presence across Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, as well as other emerging platforms, leading a social media strategy. Develop, manage, and execute a dynamic content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and strategic content across priority channels. Own the practice’s voice on social and collaborate across marketing channels. Be a leader in our day-to-day community management, engaging conversations about and with the practice to foster strong engaged community involvement. Collaborate with partners, customers with empathy and clarity. Collaborate with partners to bring to life dynamic content that brings the practice’s brand to life in a social first way. Source and share impactful customer stories that inspire and connect with our audience, showing the real life impact on building families. Stay ahead of trends and find opportunities to integrate the practice into relevant conversations and channels within the healthcare and fertility arena. Analyze and report on social performance, providing insights on engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness to optimize strategy and inform future campaigns. Troubleshoot issues and implement best practices onto web platforms to continue to grow and strengthen the practice’s audience Help to conceptualize, design, and produce digital communications and digital media
- primarily for the practice’s website, email, and social media platforms
- taking into account intended use, audience, budget, and the physician’s goals and objectives Write and edit practice communications for digital, email, and print formats Ensure best practices and quality standards in digital communications and media, including techniques, content, and format within the practice Collect quantitative and qualitative data and analyze and report on the effectiveness of communications tools in reaching intended audiences Create campaigns that will promote new sites and new providers to include print, media and community venues Website and SEO maintenance What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related field 2+ years of experience in social media•whether for a brand, personal projects or freelance work.
