We’re a fast-growing, hospitality-driven restaurant group with a passion for unforgettable food, strong branding, and a culture that values both creativity and execution. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing & Brand to lead brand development, drive customer engagement, and build marketing systems that scale across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and lead all aspects of marketing strategy across digital, social, email, and in-store. Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all locations. Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to support new product launches, menu rollouts, grand openings, and promotions. Manage digital performance (website, social engagement, email marketing, etc.) Direct content creation, storytelling, and social media strategy to build brand love and community. Identify and execute branded merchandise opportunities—such as mugs, apparel, and swag—to strengthen brand affinity and generate new revenue streams. Lead local store marketing initiatives to boost guest frequency and retention. Engaging and managing independent contractors (graphic designers, photographers, etc, IF these are not in your current skill set)

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in restaurant, hospitality, or retail marketing (multi-unit experience preferred). Proven leadership experience building brand strategy and customer growth campaigns. Strong grasp of digital marketing, data analytics, and customer engagement tools. Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and project management skills. Collaborative, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset. A love for food, hospitality, and fast-paced environments.
