Marketing/Sales Manager Envision Technology, LLC 100 William Loeb Drive, Manchester, NH 03109 Envision Technology, an innovative small business providing advanced electro-optical solutions for defense applications, seeks a Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team in Manchester, NH. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth, expanding our customer base, and executing strategic marketing campaigns through creative marketing initiatives and proactive sales efforts to ensure our brand thrives in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the business development, sales team and Envision Technology business partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales forecasting. Prepare and deliver marketing & sales presentations internally and externally to prospective clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Envision products as necessary. Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote products/services across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Support all aspects of Trade Show planning, marketing and execution. Find solutions and drive tasks in the Manchester, NH office in support of the remotely located business development and sales Team. Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs and RFIs. Create engaging content, including blog posts, emails, social media updates, and promotional materials, to enhance brand visibility. Lead, Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed with the leadership team members. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns. Developing and editing videos, images and graphics to support brand & product awareness, proposal development and other marketing needs. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (preferred) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant sales and marketing experience in the US defense industry. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related sales and marketing experience. Experience in marketing military tactical systems or related products (hunting, sporting, and/or law enforcement equipment) is highly desirable Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (email marketing, social media platforms and analytics tools). Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro. Ability to move up to 25 pounds.
