This role supports the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing in allaspects of insight gathering, strategic planning and programmanagement to ensure enterprise annual/quarterly goals are met inthe region for the Prepaid business. This is achieved via research,analytics, and alignment on marketing efforts between Marketing &Sales that support profitable business results. Successfulcandidates have enthusiasm and optimism for what can be achievedwith both macro and micro marketing tactics in towns across theirregion. Thepreferred office location for this role is in Bellevue, WA HQ, butcould also be in Concord, CA at the RBO-II. T-Mobile is currently offering a hybrid work environment with threedays a week in office! In this role required travel time alsocounts towards the current in office requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
Brand advocate for the region. Expertise on markets ofimportance in the region (travel required). Support for Prepaid Authorized Retailer Coop program includingpartnership with key partners Function as the point-of-contact to many cross-functional teamsincluding Regional Sales Leadership and at corporate headquarters(advertising, web/direct channels, public relations, sponsorships,events, social) Prepare leadership reports on all ongoing marketing efforts inthe region Research, analysis & insights on what works in a given market(brand awareness, customer perception, traffic & sales results).Craft and develop market insight briefs to influence future mediabuying and overall marketing strategy Use performance dashboards to uncover opportunities and assesseffectiveness of programs Comfortable navigating and applying data such as marketdemographics, advertising effectiveness, industry trends, salesanalysis to inform plans Develop hyper local marketing strategies in select geographiesincluding New Store support Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned bybusiness management as needed
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required) Master’s/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience:
7-10 years marketing experience, preferably in B2C technologymarkets, with progressive growth and demonstrable experience inimplementing successful field marketing plans Deep understanding of demand generation activities and channels(including segment marketing, demand creation, experientialmarketing, event management, campaign execution, social media,display advertising, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong grasp of consumer insights with the unique understandingof both qualitative and quantitative interpretation of data
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong collaborator and relationship builder. Ability to build trust and strong cross-functionalrelationships across an organization to achieve common goals. Thrives in a high pressure, fast-paced, and constantly evolvingenvironment! Ability to organize and deliver multiple projects withimpeccable quality under tight timelines. Corporate Bonus Target:
15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successfulcandidate in the role.
