The Role:

Game Changer As our Sales & Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the vital connection between our innovative game designs and the retailers who bring them to players worldwide. You’ll nurture relationships with key accounts, develop creative marketing initiatives, and strategize ways to increase our presence in both traditional and emerging markets.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts Develop tailored sales strategies to maximize placement of games in stores Create compelling marketing campaigns that showcase our products’ unique features Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with design team to provide market insights for future products Track sales metrics and prepare reports highlighting successes and opportunities

Your Winning Strategy Includes:

2+ years experience in sales, account management, or related field Genuine passion for board games and tabletop gaming culture Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools (a plus)
