Job Description
Evaluate and develop cosmetic products marketing strategies based on the extensive knowledge of the cosmetic products and market; Direct research to identify market trends in the U.S., Asia, and globally and analyze findings to determine how to best promote cosmetic products; Manage the marketing department’s budget and expenditure and evaluate the financial aspects of product development. Consult with product development departments on product specifications that meet the needs of global customers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Trade, Commerce, Economics, or related, and 18 months of work experience as cosmetics marketing specialist or a related occupation in the cosmetics industry required.
