Job Description

Director of Marketing and Product Experience (New Jersey) WowSuite & Savvy Wyckoff, NJ 07481 • Hybrid work Director of Marketing and Product Experience About the Role We’re looking for a founding team member to own and drive everything that touches the brand, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll define how we show up to the world—visually, verbally, and emotionally—and lead the creation of a front-end experience that builds trust, feels modern, and delivers real value to users managing sensitive personal data. This role blends product storytelling, UX strategy, and early growth execution. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to bring the experience to life, while directly leading marketing, onboarding, and brand communications. You’ll also shape our positioning, design flows that feel safe and human, and build the trust layer that underpins everything we do. What You’ll Do Define the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging from the ground up Lead UX strategy for the web and app experience, especially around onboarding, trust, and clarity Write and edit landing pages, onboarding flows, and help content Create and manage all early marketing assets: email campaigns, ad copy, explainer content, investor decks Run customer discovery: talk to users, turn insights into features and copy, and test value props Work directly with designers and front-end developers to bring interfaces and trust flows to life Own go-to-market execution, from positioning and pricing to launch and customer feedback Develop the initial content strategy and manage lightweight performance marketing Report directly to the CEO and operate with autonomy, speed, and precision What You Bring 5+ years in product marketing, brand strategy, or UX-focused growth Demonstrated experience launching or scaling a consumer-facing product Strong writing and storytelling skills across product, brand, and technical content Deep understanding of user psychology, onboarding, and building trust in digital products Experience working with design and product teams to ship user-facing flows Ability to move fast and prioritize ruthlessly in a high-trust, early-stage environment Comfort operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and making judgment calls
