Overview:

Vagy Rejuvenation is building a powerhouse in-house marketing and live sales team — and we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the charge alongside our Marketing Director. This person will be a hands-on strategist and executor, responsible for managing daily content, planning live streams, running influencer campaigns, supporting sales, and Creating/leading our AI-powered content workflow. If you’re creative, organized, up-to-date on trends, confident on camera, and ready to help scale a fast-growing feminine wellness brand — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:

Content & Social Media Manage daily content across multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts Build monthly marketing calendars, product highlights & seasonal campaigns Film and appear in UGC-style videos, Reels, TikToks, tutorials & campaigns Collaborate on creative direction and content ideas with the marketing team Ensure fast turnaround and relevancy to trends, audios, and consumer behavior Live Selling & On-Camera Host, co-host, or Moderate TikTok Shop Lives regularly Support the team in live scripting, planning Coordinate the monthly 120+ hour live calendar Be Able to Work flexible hours to cover PM shifts & weekend events AI-Integrated Marketing Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc. to create faster and smarter Stay up-to-date on AI content trends, automation tools, and performance-based formats & integrate into daily workflows Assist in building email campaigns, product captions, and ad creatives using AI Campaign & Performance Management Track analytics for social content, lives, influencer collaborations, and paid ads Coordinate UGC/influencer partnerships, gifting, and usage rights Collaborate on Meta and TikTok Ad creative needs with the Director Store & Operations Support Cover front of store occasionally and (5-6 PM daily shift) and help greet light walk-in traffic Assist with order packing and logistics on certain days Attend pop-ups, influencer events, or in-store live campaigns

Requirements:

2-4 years experience in marketing, content creation, or live commerce Must be confident hosting lives and appearing in videos Proficient in: Canva, ChatGPT, Asana or Notion, Google Sheets, TikTok Shop tools Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brand accounts Comfortable working occasional late shifts & occasional Saturdays Proactive about staying ahead of trends, AI tools, and social media shifts Bonus if you also have: Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Spark Ads A background in beauty, wellness, or women’s health Video editing experience with CapCut, Adobe, or other software
